Time and Energy

Thoughts are energy, the simple sum of their components. The energy that is thought is in motion, flowing positive and negative and fluid with time kept in rhythm with our heartbeats. Every human being shares energy between our own heartbeats and brainwaves, and our bodies and lives take shape around this energy.  What influences our thinking, influences our actions. We are simple energy at the core, taking complex paths in expansion.

Time is an idea we have, a developed concept the mind uses to count and keep pace. Perfectly spaced units of measure to place all that exists and might exist around to grasp understanding of. What is constant is that we share this one basic idea. The origin of thought and the ideas they form are yet a mystery, from the depths of the imagination like stars in the universe. The concept of time is used to imagine the past and future in real time, which is simply the here and now and the structure of reality. This vast and seemingly endless concept is built around a simple function of distance. These moments in life, precious as they may be and each one in particular, the earth travels approximately 176.94 miles (284.76 k) in distance around the sun.

And from light years to nanoseconds we measure and count to understand complex systems, all with a shared value or idea of time based solely on an earth cycle. We also share a core value of truth from the simplicity of numerical truth. Everything understood as true, and all that is considered knowledge becomes centered around this value, including the concept of time. We've fixed our understanding of time around a distance we are traveling (motion), based on the effects of the suns gravity on the earth. The concept of time is ancient, a seemingly necessary step to forming the understanding of dimension in reality with a past, present, and future. The mind uses time as a reference and unit of measure, precisely multiplied and divided to better understand systems of the earth and living things on it. As we look to the stars, we might consider a concept of time based on a more universal nature of energy. The fundamental properties of energy inside us are also all around us. The closer we focus inside, the better we'll see outside. On a truly universal scale, our concept of time would be shallow and self centered. Perhaps it is. It is not that our concept of time is inaccurate, it has become less significant. Truth is not found on the ground, or discovered hiding somewhere, it is realized. Someday we might realize we've outgrown the concept of time.

Our first experience with time began before we realized a core value of numerical truth, it was our mothers heartbeat. When we were born we kept time with our own. And at a very young age we are taught an ancient concept of time based on the shadow cast on a sundial, and so a natural measurement of time is overshadowed by the precision of knowledge. We've bound it to the bold value of truth, against nature. Energy is the heartbeat, time is the space between them. We are both time and energy, expanding the distance of life. Time is the motion of energy, regardless of what we're counting to measure it. Give the idea a few thousand miles of thought...

Feeling Truth

The energy in each heartbeat is simple, the space between is complex. Every thought we have begins from simple energy, and everything we learn is stored with it. We all sense energy around us, wether we can find the words to describe it or not. And between the glowing warmth of love and the bitter darkness of sorrow, the vibrations of happiness can ring with laughter. Life is music only to those who can hear it. Words that describe the emotional energy in feelings can be of simple astounding truth to anyone, and still hold great depth and unique meaning. The energy in each heartbeat and the energy of thought are one, separated only by the space between.

The constancy in nature around us and the universe just the same, is natural flowing energy. The link to its polarity positive and negative are love and fear respectfully. Everything in reality is viewed within the spectrum of emotional energy. We do not become lions to act ferociously without imagination, and reality keeps a gravity of truth without it. As children we pretend, as adults we simply deceive ourselves with the complexity of doubt, which stretches out along the spaces in between. Doubt is woven into fear, traveling with negativity through time. The magnitude of time is only a value placed upon it in the mind. We take precision counting the seconds it takes the earth to cycle the sun, and base our understanding of time around this. The distance we measure between heartbeats is based on an earth cycle value of time, slightly out of sync with internal energy. With even a slight misalignment in the energy of thought, negativity will find a way in. We keep numerical truth at the core, we do our own math.

Insight is exactly that, a view of the effects of energy inside us, helpful to focus and recognize the polarity in energy around us. From insight we recognize the nature of energy, from emotional balance it is recognized regardless of how it makes us feel. If we can view the entire earth from space, recognize and understand systems of energy within our atmosphere, surly we should be able to recognize them within ourselves. Emotional intelligence is knowing the difference between happy and sad, balance is how we feel them. That which happens to us in life can draw instant emotional response for good reason, balanced insight has more than knowledge of, it understands that reason. Insight with balance doesn't see the future, it becomes it. Oneness, in essence is embracing silence. This bridges the gap between heartbeats, and thus between heart and mind. And so we (our energy positive and negative) are one.

It takes emotional balance to not let what you see affect how you see it. We are not pushed into deception, without balance we simply fall for it. It is only when we feel the truth we consider believing it, and so we should...

By Process of Thought

We all control very powerful energy. With energy, we don't take control in terms of possession, we can control only the ability to direct and redirect it. Energy flows positive and negative naturally, and to process energy into thought we first use emotional filters to recognize and scan energy. Our emotional filtering systems are equally as unique as our heartbeats, retinal patterns, or fingerprints. When we allow energy to flow naturally through balanced filters, incoming energy is realized in its simplest form. In this form, energy will link to memory and fuse into understanding. We each blend and recode energy into understanding by process. Knowledge learned constantly updates and recodes previous knowledge, with corresponding pass-codes from the core understanding or idea of truth. Once fused energy reaches the core, the process cannot be undone. We do not unlearn, we disbelieve. Processed energy powers every form of expression, each word we choose and every move our bodies make. Above and beyond exactly what we think, are both how and why we think it.

The negativity in fear can influence the thought process in very subtle ways. As the pebbles of doubt built to tip the scale, we can lose emotional balance. This is when we force energy through the filters and typically over correct. Fear, on an instinctual plight for survival will instantly reflect common negativity as a defense. Once we feel the need to defend ourselves, negative energy has removed the ability to think of any other option past fight or flight. With blinding influence, negativity can all but block the view of knowledge we gain in life, and focus with experience. The realization that all conflict has cause, and that cause is ultimately from a failure to maintain a natural balance of energy, might come once the adrenaline burns off and regardless of which side we're on. In nature, conflict is from simple survival, in society it is from simply failure. It takes powerful negative energy to make greed from survival, and arrogance from pride. If love can make peace, only honesty will deliver it.

Honesty comes naturally to a child, as the meanings of innocence blend together. We don't learn how to be honest, we remember it. If we teach children to better value the truth, they'll know what to do with it as adults.

We don't find the truth, we realize it...
